One of the most beautiful glass-perch from Indonesia. Males develop extended dorsal and anal fin spines and posses red pigmentation (which give the name Rose-flame) in all unpaired fins, whereas females are basically colourless and lack extended fin spines. Gymnochanda species are gregarious by nature and ideally a group of 8-10 specimens should be the smallest purchased.
